Role Overview & Core Responsibilities
The Legal Specialist handles high-level legal advisory and litigation matters for the Authority. Responsibilities include representing the organization in courts of law including higher courts, drafting comments, replies, and notices, coordinating with external legal counsels, providing authoritative legal counsel on statutory procurement disputes, and managing secretariat support for Debarment and Appeal Review committees.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess an LLB (16 years education) or higher law degree (LLM preferred) from an HEC-recognized university with a minimum of 10 years of legal practice or advisory experience, preferably in the public sector. Maximum age limit is 50 years.
