The daily operational scope and functional deliverables for this role include:
- Operate passenger elevators safely and smoothly, adhering to rated weight and capacity limits.
- Ensure courteous passenger guidance and smooth embarkation/disembarkation on all building floors.
- Conduct daily operational checks on elevator emergency alarms, lighting, safety sensors, and ventilation.
- Respond promptly to elevator emergencies or technical malfunctions following established building safety protocols.
- Report elevator mechanical glitches, unusual noises, or servicing requirements to building engineering teams.
