Operational Scope and Credit Management
The Loan Officer processes loan applications for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and cash advances from registered sugarcane growers. Duties include verifying grower land holdings and personal guarantees, maintaining computerized loan accounts, tracking input supply receipts, and coordinating with the cane procurement team to enforce loan recovery through sugarcane delivery bills during crushing seasons.
