The Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics at LUMHS conducts fundamental and translational research in drug pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, toxicological profiling, and rational therapeutics, teaching undergraduate MBBS/BDS and postgraduate M.Phil and Ph.D students.
Standard Operational Scope & Professional Duties
The Professor provides academic leadership to the department, directs curriculum design in medical pharmacology, mentors M.Phil and Ph.D dissertations, publishes peer-reviewed research papers in indexed journals, and serves on university statutory boards.
