- Collaborate with agricultural universities and olive growers to evaluate fruit maturity indices and optimum harvest timing.
- Design novel packaging concepts and functional food formulations leveraging extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf extracts.
- Publish technical findings and support regulatory compliance documentation for international organic and quality certifications.
