Madina Private Limited operates a state-of-the-art olive oil extraction and refining manufacturing facility located at Kallar Kahar in the Potohar olive belt. The Production Manager oversees the entire end-to-end manufacturing operation, including olive reception, continuous washing, crushing, malaxation, decanter centrifuging, filtration, and bottling, ensuring maximum oil yield and premium extra-virgin quality.
Core Responsibilities & Work Functions
The daily operational scope and functional deliverables for this role include:
- Direct and supervise daily production lines, olive processing capacities, and mechanical extraction schedules.
- Optimize extraction yields and cold-press parameters while strictly preserving polyphenol content and low acidity.
- Manage production teams, shift supervisors, machine operators, and packaging personnel to meet commercial targets.
- Enforce rigorous food safety management systems in full compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and PSQCA standards.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance with engineering teams to minimize plant downtime during peak olive harvest season.
