Program Objective and Professional Exposure
The PMC Management Trainee Program offers emerging engineers, geologists, and corporate professionals immersive exposure to corporate mineral governance, exploratory field planning, geological mapping, and public sector enterprise management.
Rotational Scope and Responsibilities
The MTO rotates through core technical and administrative units (Mining, Geology, GIS, Procurement, Finance, and HR). Duties include assisting senior managers in geological data compilation, organizing technical tenders, preparing project monitoring reports, conducting market research on mineral pricing, and participating in cross-departmental administrative initiatives.
