Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) invites applications for the contract position of Manager Energy (Mechanical/HVAC Design) based at the ECSP Head Office in Lahore.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Manager Energy (Mechanical/HVAC Design) leads the mechanical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design team on major institutional, commercial, and industrial building projects. Key duties involve conducting comprehensive thermal and cooling load calculations, selecting chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and VRF systems, preparing detailed ducting and piping layout drawings, designing plumbing and active firefighting systems, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and performing technical site inspections.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must hold at least 16 years of education in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid PEC registration. A Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Thermal Power is preferred. A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification design consultancy experience in commercial HVAC, firefighting, and building mechanical services is required.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
The appointment is on a contract basis with market-based remuneration commensurate with expertise.
