Pakistan Expo Centres Private Limited (PECPL) is seeking an experienced engineering professional for the post of Manager MEP to supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems at large-scale expo facilities under reference PID(L)824/26.
Role Overview and Facility Engineering Mandate
The Manager MEP ensures uninterrupted operation and predictive maintenance of central chiller plants, HVAC air handling units, diesel generators, electrical transformers, fire detection and suppression networks, water distribution infrastructure, and building management systems (BMS). The incumbent oversees third-party engineering contractors and ensures reliable power and climate control during mega international exhibitions.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-accredited university, verified by active PEC professional registration. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in MEP maintenance for mega shopping malls, multi-story corporate towers, airports, or international expo venues is required.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
