Anjuman Himayat-i-Islam Lahore invites applications from compassionate female candidates for the position of Matron (Female) at Dar-ul-Shafqat for Women.
Role Overview and Residential Care
The Matron provides direct parental care, personal hygiene guidance, and pastoral support to young orphan girls residing at Dar-ul-Shafqat. Full boarding and lodging are provided on premises by Anjuman Himayat-i-Islam.
Daily Duties and Household Supervision
The Matron oversees children's morning routines, dining arrangements, hygiene and laundry, evening recreational activities, and health care. Duties include administering medications as prescribed, reporting medical concerns, supervising hostel cleanliness, and maintaining a caring, family-like environment.
