Technical Responsibilities and Imaging Scope
The Medical Imaging Technologist performs high-resolution CT scans, digital radiographic examinations, and special radiographic procedures. Duties include positioning patients, setting optimal radiological exposure parameters, operating image processing consoles, observing radiation protection guidelines, and archiving scans in the hospital PACS network.
