The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), Government of the Punjab invites applications from motivated, disciplined candidates across Punjab for thirty (30) posts of Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant (M&EAs) on a 6-month temporary contract basis for field inspections across social security directorates and medical healthcare centers.
Role & Field Inspection Responsibilities
M&E Assistants conduct independent on-site monitoring of PESSI dispensaries, hospitals, and field offices across Punjab divisions (including Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Sargodha, DG Khan, Sahiwal, Sialkot, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, and Kasur). Duties include:
- Conducting surprise physical checks and patient satisfaction assessments at social security medical outlets.
- Verifying medical attendance, medicine stocks, biometric registrations, and staff presence.
- Submitting daily real-time electronic monitoring reports to the Medical Inspection Directorate.
- Utilizing personal motorcycle for field tours across designated divisional circles.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must have passed at least FA or F.Sc., possess an active personal motorcycle with a valid driving license, and be medically fit. Preference is given to retired Armed Forces personnel. Age limit is 30 to 55 years. Candidates holding domicile of any district of Punjab are eligible to apply.
Remuneration & Monthly Fuel Allowance
Selected candidates receive a fixed monthly salary package of Rs. 60,000, plus monthly reimbursement of the cost of 25 Liters of petrol for official motorcycle duty.
