The Montessori Teacher conducts child-centered learning sessions utilizing authentic Montessori apparatus and pedagogical materials. Responsibilities include planning phonics and sensorial exercises, fostering language and fine-motor skills, managing classroom dynamics, monitoring early behavioral development, maintaining pupil progress records, and organizing interactive parent-teacher consultations.
