Standard Operational Scope & Professional Duties
The Deputy Advisor NRL provides high-level technical oversight for national TB diagnostic algorithms, monitors line probe assays and whole-genome sequencing protocols, evaluates provincial reference lab performance, troubleshoots diagnostic network bottlenecks, and liaises with WHO and supranational reference laboratories.
