- Maintain the rigorous sterile environment of operating suites, fumigating rooms and sanitizing operating tables between surgeries.
- Transport sterile surgical instrument trays, autoclave drums, and surgical linen packs from central sterilization to theaters.
- Assist anesthesiologists and surgical nurses in shifting anesthetized patients safely between recovery stretchers and OT tables.
- Handle theater illumination lamps, medical gas connections, and auxiliary surgical consoles under senior nurse direction.
- Safely dispose of used surgical drapes, soiled pads, and biological waste following established sterile theater disposal protocols.
