Clinical Responsibilities and Dispensing Scope
The Pharmacist oversees medicine dispensing, reviews prescriptions for dosage accuracy and drug interactions, and maintains cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive drugs. Duties include monitoring ward stock levels, conducting inventory reconciliations, preventing stock-outs, and advising nursing and medical staff on safe drug administration.
