- Ensure web and mobile applications adhere to international accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and multi-device cross-browser standards.
- Conduct usability testing sessions with field education officers to identify interface friction points and refine workflows.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly with dynamic frontend components.
