Role Overview & Academic Governance
The Principal will serve as the chief academic and administrative executive of the college, leading faculty affairs, curriculum delivery, and hospital clinical training in compliance with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) regulations. Key responsibilities include heading faculty councils, spearheading institutional accreditation exercises, maintaining student academic performance, fostering clinical research, and representing the institution before statutory bodies.
Candidate Profile & PM&DC Eligibility
Applicants must possess an MBBS degree accompanied by FCPS, PhD, or equivalent Level-III qualification recognized by PM&DC. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of PM&DC-recognized medical teaching experience, with at least 5 years served as a full Professor. Candidates with prior executive experience as Principal or Vice Principal of a recognized medical college will be preferred.
