- Lead and architect enterprise software quality assurance strategies, automated test frameworks, and continuous integration testing pipelines.
- Direct comprehensive functional, performance, security, load, and API integration testing across all single-window trade clearance modules.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering leads, product managers, and solution architects to define quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Establish automated regression testing suites to ensure zero defect slippage during continuous production release cycles.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate SQA test engineers, ensuring institutional adherence to international software quality standards and industry best practices.
