- Issue formal purchase orders (POs) and follow up on delivery timelines with commercial suppliers.
- Coordinate with site engineers and storekeepers to confirm quantity and quality compliance upon site arrival.
- Reconcile vendor invoices with payment vouchers for finance department processing.
