Power Highway invites applications from certified quality professionals for the role of Quality Control Manager at its Production Facility in Lahore. The position is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and enforcing rigorous quality assurance standards across solar inverters, lithium battery packs, and smart IoT devices.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Quality Control Manager will maintain end-to-end quality standards across incoming materials, in-process assembly, and finished goods testing. Responsibilities include:
- Formulating and managing QA/QC protocols, inspection checklists, and testing procedures for solar electrical components and smart automation devices.
- Leading incoming material inspections (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and final outgoing quality inspections (OQC).
- Supervising the electronic testing laboratory, burn-in test chambers, and precision testing instrumentation.
- Conducting root cause analyses (RCA) and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for product defects or field failures.
- Ensuring strict adherence to ISO 9001 standards, electrical safety compliance, and international manufacturing regulations.
- Training production staff and QC inspectors on defect identification, workmanship standards, and calibration techniques.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must possess an Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Quality Engineering with 5 to 8 years of quality management experience in electronics, energy systems, or electrical assembly industries.
