Role Overview and Radiochemical Synthesis Duties
The Radiochemist synthesizes and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals (e.g., FDG and organ-specific PET tracers), operates automated synthesis modules, performs quality control (HPLC, TLC, pH), and enforces Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) radiation safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Chemistry or Radiochemistry with cyclotron/PET radiochemistry experience. Age between 18 and 62 years.
