The Regional Director (BPS-20) serves as the chief administrative and academic authority overseeing regional campuses and model study centers across the Punjab province. Core responsibilities include managing provincial admissions campaigns, supervising semester examinations and confidential logistics, appointing and evaluating academic tutors, directing student facilitation services, liaising with provincial educational authorities, and managing regional financial budgets.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a 2nd Class Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university with at least 17 years of progressive administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, with a mandatory requirement of at least 4 years in BPS-19. Proven leadership in distance education administration, digital learning frameworks, and statutory governance is highly prized. Maximum age is 50 years inclusive of general relaxation.
