Bedside Nursing Scope and Clinical Duties
The Registered Nurse executes patient care plans, administers prescribed intravenous and oral medications, records vital signs, and manages pre- and post-operative nursing care. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive clinical charts, preparing patients for medical procedures, and coordinating immediately with on-duty medical officers during clinical deterioration.
