Program Mandate and Institutional Framework
The elementary schooling phase serves as the educational bridge between basic literacy and specialized secondary education. The STIs initiative deploys subject-qualified graduates to reinforce teaching capacity in science, arts, mathematics, and language subjects across all 36 districts of Punjab.
Core Responsibilities and Teaching Objectives
The Elementary School Teacher Intern conducts structured academic sessions for grades 6 through 8. Responsibilities encompass preparing concept-oriented lesson materials, designing homework and weekly quizzes, evaluating student conceptual comprehension, organizing laboratory demonstrations for general science, and mentoring students in academic discipline and moral development.

Applicants must assemble their academic portfolio:
- Attested copies of BS (Hons) / Master's degree and semester transcripts.
- Attested copies of B.Ed / M.Ed degrees if completed.
- Valid CNIC copy and district-specific domicile certificate.
