Role Overview and Laboratory Mandate
The Senior MLT operates real-time PCR platforms, next-generation sequencing systems, DNA/RNA extraction protocols, and infectious disease viral load testing (HBV, HCV, CMV) to support organ transplant candidates and recipients.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a 4-year BS (MLT) or Master degree with demonstrable experience in high-throughput molecular diagnostics and ISO 15189 laboratory compliance. Age limit is 18 to 62 years.
