Role Overview and Civil Construction Mandate
Senior Site Engineers lead on-site execution, engineering supervision, and contractor oversight for federal government infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include enforcing structural engineering specifications, checking material testing reports, approving daily work logs, coordinating between resident engineering consultants and contractors, preparing project progress milestones, and ensuring stringent occupational safety on active construction sites.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with active PEC registration and at least 5 years of verified field engineering experience in multi-story building construction or highway infrastructure. The minimum age requirement is 30 years.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
Induction is purely project-based contractual offering an attractive consolidated monthly salary of PKR 300,000 (lump sum). The contractual engagement does not confer any entitlement to regular permanent service or federal pension benefits.
