The Site Supervisor Civil manages frontline tradesmen, labor gangs, and specialized contractors across active construction sites. The role ensures building works proceed strictly according to approved working drawings, safety standards, and project deadlines.
Core Responsibilities & Work Functions
The daily operational scope and functional deliverables for this role include:
- Direct and monitor frontline labor crews in shuttering, rebar fixing, masonry, plastering, and concrete pouring.
- Verify dimensional accuracy, levels, and alignment of formwork and structural elements prior to casting.
- Track on-site material inventories, preventing wastage of cement, steel rebar, bricks, and sand.
- Enforce basic occupational health and safety rules (hard hats, boots, fall harnesses) among labor personnel.
- Report daily labor attendance, machinery utilization, and completed work milestones to the Project Engineer.
Eligibility Criteria & Candidate Qualifications
DAE in Civil Technology or relevant technical certificate required. Fresh diploma holders and experienced supervisors are both welcome. Competitive salary, food, medical, and accommodation are provided.
