Institutional Context & Operational Scope
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the technical aviation warehouse, overseeing incoming aircraft parts inspection, maintaining computerized inventory registers, and issuing certified aviation parts, consumables, and calibrated tooling to licensed maintenance teams in accordance with PCAA standards.
Core Responsibilities & Work Functions
The daily operational scope and functional deliverables for this role include:
- Receive, inspect, bin, and store aircraft components, turbine engine spares, and aviation hardware with required release certificates.
- Maintain accurate inventory balances, bin cards, and automated store tracking records for rotables and consumables.
- Enforce strict shelf-life control for rubber parts, chemical compounds, sealants, and life-limited items.
- Coordinate customs clearance and logistics documentation for imported aircraft components arriving at Quetta.
- Issue specialized aviation tooling, track calibration due dates, and ensure proper secure storage of high-value equipment.
