Role Overview and Financial Stewardship
The Treasurer is the chief financial officer of the university, managing university funds, investments, budget formulation, annual accounts, tax compliance, development project financial monitoring, and coordinating audit reviews by the Auditor General of Pakistan.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold advanced finance qualifications (PhD with 8 years, MS with 10 years, or MBA/M.Com/ACCA/ACMA with 12 years of experience). Age limit is 40 to 50 years. Punjab domicile is compulsory.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
Induction is on a 3-year contractual tenure in BS-20 carrying approved university pay scales and allowances.
