Coaching Scope and Workplace Support Duties
The Vocational Job Coach performs job task analyses, matches student capabilities with employment opportunities, and provides on-site job coaching in partner corporate workplaces. Responsibilities include teaching workplace etiquette and task sequencing, implementing visual job aids, educating employers and co-workers on neurodiversity, and monitoring job retention milestones.
