- Assist ward nursing staff in lifting, turning, and positioning immobilized or postoperative male patients in bed.
- Transport patients on wheelchairs and stretchers to X-ray rooms, surgical operating theaters, and laboratory diagnostics.
- Distribute sterilized bed sheets, blankets, and hospital apparel across inpatient beds, keeping patient cubicles orderly.
- Collect and deliver routine diagnostic specimens from patient wards to the central pathology laboratory promptly.
- Inform attending staff nurses immediately of any acute patient distress, breathing changes, or emergency calls.
