Job Overview
Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) invites applications for the position of Legal Consultant Expert on a fixed salary of Rs.125,000 (negotiable). The appointment will be made on a 2-year contract, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent HW&SC in all courts including Labour Court, Civil Court, Sessions Court, High Court, and Supreme Court of Pakistan.
- Appear before tribunals and other legal forums on behalf of the corporation.
- Provide legal advice on constitutional and statutory matters.
- Draft petitions and safeguard the corporation’s interests.
- Perform judiciary-related assignments and other legal tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in relevant legal practice.
- Proven experience in handling corporate, constitutional, and service-related cases.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary of Rs.125,000 per month (negotiable based on profile).
