As the Legal Expert at PPRA, you will be crucial to the organization’s legal function, with responsibilities including:

  • Representing PPRA in courts of law.
  • Preparing necessary legal documents such as comments, replies, and other official submissions.
  • Liaising with legal counsels, private law firms, and other agencies to ensure adequate legal advice and support.
  • Providing comprehensive legal advice to the organization on all relevant matters.
  • Maintaining and organizing all relevant case records and documents.
  • Supervising and monitoring petition and debarment committees.
  • Presenting progress reports for communication to concerned entities.
  • Executing any other task assigned by the management.

Required Qualification & Experience

To qualify for this influential Legal Expert position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: LLB (16 years of education) or a higher degree in a related discipline from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Candidates with an LLM or international professional certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant legal field. Experience within the public sector is preferred.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in computer literacy is required.
