Position Overview – Manager / Deputy Manager IT Security
The Manager / Deputy Manager IT Security Jobs 2025 role is a senior-level position responsible for the overall IT security posture of the bank. The selected candidate will independently manage information security governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and implementation of robust security controls aligned with banking regulations and industry best practices.
This position is offered on a one-year contractual basis, based at KCBL Head Office, Gilgit, with the possibility of continuation based on performance and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Manager / Deputy Manager IT Security Jobs 2025, the successful candidate will:
- Independently manage and oversee the complete IT security operations of the bank
- Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s IT security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulatory and IT governance frameworks

- Implement and monitor incident response procedures and security SOPs
- Oversee Active Directory group policies and security controls

- Coordinate internal and external audits related to information security

Required Qualifications and Experience
