Role Overview
You will lead end-to-end administration and security for a large, complex healthcare project. Key Responsibilities
- Implement a robust corporate-security framework: site access control, guard force supervision, visitor management, and CCTV/ACS monitoring.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans, crisis-response playbooks, and incident-reporting SOPs; conduct drills and corrective-action follow-ups.
- Ensure HSE compliance across offices and sites; audit contractor safety plans, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work processes.
- Lead administration operations: travel and protocol, fleet/transport allocation, housekeeping, office services, facilities maintenance, and asset/inventory control.
- Govern outsourced contracts with clear SLAs and KPI dashboards; drive cost optimization without compromising safety or service levels.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and high-level visits; coordinate protocol, logistics, and venue readiness to government standards.
- Liaise with ministries, embassies, and authorities for visa facilitation and operational permissions; maintain compliance records.
- Produce periodic performance and compliance reports for the CCSO/steering committee; maintain audit-ready documentation.
Required Qualifications and Profile
- Education: Master’s degree (16–18 years) in Public Administration, Management Sciences, Security Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 18–20 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, logistics, and corporate security in large organizations/public sector/mega infrastructure projects, including demonstrated capability in event and protocol management, outsourced contracts, and foreign-visitor facilitation.
- Familiarity with PPRA frameworks, HSE standards, and government liaison procedures; excellent stakeholder communication and governance skills.
Schema parity note: minimum 216 months of total relevant experience.
