Role Overview
As Talent and Rewards Manager, you will design and run people processes that attract, retain, and reward top healthcare and corporate services talent for JMC&RC. You’ll standardize recruitment workflows (job requisitions, screening, panels, selection minutes), ensure NJP/PPRA-aligned hiring compliance, and implement a fair and data-driven performance and rewards cycle. You’ll own health-insurance administration and renewals, guide line leaders on KPIs, and prepare submissions for the HR Committee/Board. Robust HRIS records, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation are central to the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment & onboarding; enforce NJP-first applications, fair shortlisting, and panel-based selection.
- Run the performance management calendar (goal setting, mid-year, year-end), calibrations, and improvement plans.
- Administer compensation & benefits: salary benchmarking inputs, bonus cycles, allowances, and health insurance (renewals, endorsements, claims).
- Develop reward policies (e.g., performance-linked pay) and ensure documentation for governance/Board approvals.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy; publish people dashboards (headcount, hiring funnel, diversity, attrition, leave, training).
- Ensure compliance with PPRA/SECP Section-42 where applicable, and internal controls; maintain audit readiness.
- Draft HR SOPs, offer letters, contracts, addenda; manage employee records, separations, and exit formalities.
- Partner with construction/operations/clinical teams to forecast manpower for commissioning and steady-state operations.
- Coach managers on policies, investigations, and ER cases; uphold safe, respectful, and compliant workplaces.
Required Qualifications & Profile
- Education: Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 8–10 years progressive HR/talent experience with 3+ years in a managerial role. Exposure to performance reviews, benefits/health insurance, and reward cycles in large organizations/public sector.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SECP Section-42 compliance, PPRA frameworks, and performance-linked pay systems; excellent writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Schema note (parity): Minimum 96 months relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits
