Key Responsibilities

  • Center Leadership: Act as the Office Incharge for the assigned center; plan daily rosters, assign counters, and ensure punctual opening/closing.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain courteous, efficient citizen services; enforce queue discipline and priority protocols as per policy.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Oversee accurate data capture, document verification, and SOP adherence; ensure audit-ready records.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with regional management and support teams (IT/network/security); submit daily MIS reports and incident logs.
  • Asset & Security Oversight: Check biometric devices, cameras, printers, and network connectivity; report faults promptly; observe security guidelines.
  • People Management: Coach staff on customer care, documentation standards, and privacy; manage leave scheduling to keep service levels stable.
  • Grievance Handling: Resolve citizen complaints on the spot where possible; escalate complex cases with full documentation.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the center meets cleanliness, signage, and safety standards for staff and visitors.
  • Other tasks as instructed by the competent authority to support smooth operations.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Education: 16 years (HEC-verified) in any discipline.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year in public sector or relevant department; exposure to data-entry/processing operations is valued.
  • Technical: Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with queue systems, biometric devices, and secure data handling.
