Job Overview
CCRI Multan invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for the post of Office Assistant (PPS-05) under the PSDP project “Revival of Cotton in Pakistan: Innovation for a Sustainable Future”. This is a contractual position until 30-06-2030 or until project completion, whichever is earlier.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations, manage project documentation, and assist staff in ensuring smooth workflow for project activities. This role is vital for maintaining organized records, supporting communication, and assisting project management in reporting and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements:
- Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent.
- Completion of DIT (Diploma in Information Technology) for 6 months is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant office experience.
- Experience in administrative support, record-keeping, and document management is required.
- Familiarity with government or project-based administrative processes will be preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidential documents and records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical tasks including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official communications.
- Maintain organized project files and office documentation.
- Support project staff in day-to-day administrative and logistical activities.
- Coordinate with project teams and departments for office operations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and project events.
- Ensure timely handling of correspondence and communication with project director.
- Support senior staff in planning, documentation, and reporting tasks.
Age Limit
Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per government rules may apply).

Contract & Salary
- Contractual position under the PSDP project.
- Estimated Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month.
