Pay Scales (per day, 8 hours)

  • Highly Skilled: PKR 2,089
  • Skilled: PKR 1,628
  • Unskilled: PKR 1,423

Final category (highly skilled/skilled/unskilled) will be determined during evaluation/interview as per applicable rules.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interior and exterior painting for courts, offices, and residences in ICT and Murree.
  • Surface preparation (scraping, sanding, patching, priming) for walls, wood, and metal.
  • Safe operation of brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, and scaffolds.
  • Accurate color mixing, touch-ups, and finishing coats to departmental standards.
  • Site protection, masking, and post-job cleanup to keep public areas tidy.
  • Compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and directions from supervisors.

Eligibility & Preferred Profile

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Painter in public buildings or comparable facilities.
  • Familiarity with emulsion, enamel, and weather-shield systems; putty and primer work.
  • Ability to read basic instructions, interpret scope, and work to deadlines.
  • Physical fitness for 8-hour shifts, including standing, bending, and ladder work.
  • Domicile: Preference to Islamabad / Punjab (especially Islamabad/Rawalpindi).
