About the Role
The Manager Technical role at Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) leads building engineering for a national, mission-critical headquarters. As Manager Technical PNSC Jobs 2025, you’ll own reliability and compliance for HVAC, lifts, generators, and MEP systems in a high-rise environment—planning preventive maintenance, resolving breakdowns fast, and coordinating contractors to keep operations safe, efficient, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations & maintenance of HVAC plants, chillers, AHUs, BMS, lifts, standby generators, electrical panels, fire/life-safety, water and building services.
- Build and execute PM schedules, energy optimization, and spares strategy; maintain statutory records and SOPs.
- Manage vendors/AMCs, SLAs, and budget utilization; verify BOQs, method statements, and RA bills.
- Oversee asset health, root-cause analysis, risk registers, compliance with national codes and HSE.
- Coordinate with Admin/Estates, Finance, and Security for smooth facilities operations in a high-rise setting.
- Lead a multi-skill team; mentor technicians; ensure 24/7 response readiness.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. (Electrical) from an HEC-recognized university and PEC registration (local or recognized international professional/statutory body). Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: 10+ years relevant experience with 5+ years in a managerial capacity covering HVAC, lifts, generators, and MEP for estate management/high-rise buildings.
- Skills: BMS & energy management, contracts & vendor control, budgeting, documentation, HSE compliance, leadership, and stakeholder communication.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years (on closing date).
