Job Detail and Scope
The Manager Corporate Communication serves as the strategic anchor for PNSC’s image and stakeholder trust. You will architect a clear communication strategy, develop editorial calendars aligned to corporate milestones, and ensure consistent brand voice across internal and external touchpoints. The role spans media relations, content leadership, digital communications, campaign planning, issues/crisis response, and measurement. You’ll build relationships with journalists, industry bodies, port and logistics partners, government institutions, and maritime communities while mentoring a small, high-output team and coordinating creative vendors.
Eligibility and Experience
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Sciences, Public Relations, Marketing or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate communication, advertising, digital media, or public relations.
- Core Strengths: Outstanding written and verbal communication; strong network in media/industry circles; fluency in brand management, content creation, social/digital communication tools, and editorial planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Communication Strategy: Build and execute integrated communication plans that support corporate goals, regulatory milestones, and commercial initiatives.
- Media Relations: Cultivate national and trade-press relationships; craft press notes, media kits, op-eds, and talking points; manage coverage and sentiment.
- Digital and Brand: Govern brand voice and visual identity; direct content for website, social channels, newsletters, and executive communications.
- Campaigns & Reputation: Plan thematic campaigns (safety at sea, fleet and route updates, ESG initiatives); monitor issues; activate crisis playbooks when needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with government, port authorities, logistics partners, and industry associations; prepare speeches and event scripts.
- Measurement & Reporting: Track KPIs (share of voice, reach, engagement, sentiment); produce leadership dashboards and improvement actions.
