- Data & Evidence: basic statistics, dashboards, literature scanning, and citations.
- Writing & Presentation: concise notes for decision-makers; stakeholder communications.
- Coordination: work with HED units, universities/colleges, and other government bodies.
- IT: strong Microsoft Office and document management.
Responsibilities
- Draft policy notes, options papers, and evidence-backed recommendations.
- Support scheme preparation and reviews aligned with sector priorities.
- Build simple monitoring frameworks and assist in progress reporting.
- Liaise with universities/colleges and line departments for inputs and validation.
Written Test / Syllabus
- One-paper MCQ: 100 marks, 90 minutes.
- Weighting: Public Policy (≈40%), Economics (≈40%), General Ability (≈20%) including General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Math, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, Basic Computer Studies.
