Skills Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain inward/outward registers, physical and electronic files for the DC Office/Revenue Branch.
- Type, format, and proofread official correspondence, statements, and lists.
- Draft simple notes/letters under supervision; route files for approvals.
- Front-desk assistance: guide applicants, receive submissions, schedule follow-ups.
- Data entry into prescribed systems; scan/index records; help with meeting logistics and minute notes.
Written Test & Proficiency
- One paper MCQ-type written test of 100 marks (90 minutes).
- General Ability (~80%): General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science.
- MS Office & Computer Skills (~20%).
- Typing/Proficiency Test is conducted only for candidates who qualify the General Ability test.
