About the Role – Project Director PSEB Jobs

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or Management Sciences
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university
Experience
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a senior managerial role
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling PSDP, ADP, or other government projects
- Proven background in finance, HR, operations, capacity building, and strategic management
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
- In-depth understanding of IT industry trends and export market dynamics
