As the Project Director/Project Manager, you will operate at a strategic level, overseeing the entire project portfolio and managing shared resources. This position serves as the authoritative link between university management and project execution teams.
Core Duties Demonstrating Authority and Trustworthiness
- Strategic Oversight & Governance: Develop strategic and operational project plans, establish governance structures, and ensure all capital projects align with the overarching goals of LCWU.

- Risk and Quality Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. Ensure all civil/electrical work adheres to national standards and specifications, maintaining high quality control.
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide decisive leadership and technical direction to project managers and teams. Make critical decisions regarding scope, schedule, and resources to keep projects on track.
