What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day field and office operations within your assigned district/zone across Punjab.
- Coordinate staff schedules, task assignments, and on-ground execution to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain records, and prepare concise progress reports for management.
- Ensure SOP compliance, quality assurance, and timely problem-solving.
- Liaise with stakeholders to keep activities on track and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
- Uphold safety standards, ethical practices, and inclusivity across all interactions.

- Strong communication (Urdu/English; Punjabi an advantage) and interpersonal skills.,
